Refund Policy for Divasom Bali
At Divasom Bali, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to delivering high-quality decorative lighting products and professional services. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Standard Product Orders
Refund requests for standard products may be considered under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged due to manufacturing defects.
- The product delivered is significantly different from the confirmed order.
- The product cannot be supplied due to circumstances caused by Divasom Bali.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, along with supporting photographs and proof of purchase.
2. Custom Design & Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made products are specifically manufactured according to customer requirements and specifications.
Therefore:
- Deposits and payments for custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.
- Approved custom designs cannot be cancelled after production begins.
- Refunds will only be considered if Divasom Bali is unable to complete the order due to internal circumstances.
3. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before production or processing begins.
If cancellation is approved:
- Administrative or transaction fees may be deducted.
- Any non-refundable costs already incurred may be charged accordingly.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify Divasom Bali within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order details
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Description of the issue
After verification, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Repair service
- Partial refund
- Full refund (where applicable)
5. Shipping Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections
- Import regulations
- Force majeure events
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will, however, assist customers in tracking and resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Custom-designed lighting products
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
- Clearance or special promotion items (unless defective)
7. Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and transaction methods.
- Customers will be informed regarding the status of their refund request.
